Self Awareness
Our fully qualified Careers Consultants can assess your skills, identify your strengths,
look at your interests and preferences.This can be done using psychometric tests
and 1:1 guidance. Once you know yourself better and what motivates you, we can
help you develop your career ideas and plan to achieve your goals.
Opportunities
We will help you to understand all the options available to you whether you want to
continue in education, start a training programme, gain employment or try some
voluntary work. There are many different qualifications to choose from including A’levels, T'levels, BTECS, NVQs and HNDs and a wide range of providers. We offer unbiased advice which means that we help you choose the right course for you wherever you prefer to study. For those who wish to train in a specific career, a training programme or apprenticeship may be the way forward. We provide up to date information on the labour market and current employment trends. We can help you search for job vacancies, develop strategies for networking and learn self- marketing techniques. If you are not ready to find work yet or prefer to do some volunteering there are many activities to get involved in.
